Massage therapy has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up next door to my aunt, a massage therapist and Reiki Master, who first sparked my interest in bodywork. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage in Westminster in 2014 and have been practicing ever since.

After years of working in spas, I became fully independent and created Limb by Limb Therapeutics so I could offer something more personal. Here, your session isn't built around a standard routine. It's built around you. I have the time to listen, adapt each session to your needs, and be directly available to my clients before and after their appointments.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my intuition and ability to identify where the body is holding tension and needs attention. I combine that with years of hands-on experience in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports and injury work, prenatal and postnatal massage, cupping, hot stone, Theragun, and Reiki. I've worked with a wide range of clients, from everyday aches and stress to athletes and people with complex health conditions.

Since 2023, I've also worked with collegiate athletes through the Pranava team, providing massage therapy across multiple sports at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado. Working with athletes has become an important part of my practice and strengthened my experience in sports massage, recovery, and performance-focused bodywork.
